What services do you offer?

We do fresh flower bouquets and vase arrangements. We also offer weekly flower subscription.

Do I have to order in advance?

Yes. For customized bouquet, please order at least 3 days in advance, so we can source the most beautiful flowers for you. For weekly subscription on Wednesdays or Thursdays, please order before Saturday 11:59pm.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. We will then start to prepare your order. If any change is necessary, please let us know immediately. Once the order has been prepared, we will not be able to offer refund or exchange.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Unfortunately, our flower arrangements are made to order. So we kindly ask you to place your orders 3 days in advance.

Where do you deliver? How much is the delivery fee?

We deliver to Vancouver and Richmond. The delivery fee is $20. We also offer free pick-up at 2719 East 54th Avenue Vancouver. We will try our best to accommodate the delivery or pick-up time. Please contact us before you order.

What if no one is there when the delivery driver arrives?

We will send a text message to the recipient before we arrive. If no one is at home, we will leave the flowers at the door. If the recipient's address doesn't allow us to leave it at the door (e.g. condo or business), then we will reattempt the next day, at additional delivery cost. If we are still unable to reach the recipient at the second attempt, then unfortunately, we will have to donate our bouquet. We cannot offer refunds or credit.

How long will the flowers last? How do I care for the flowers?

Generally, the flowers can be enjoyed for 3-5 days. Different flowers have different vase life. With proper care, the flowers will stay fresh for longer.

• Prepare a clean vase with cool water
• Cut ½ to 1 inch off the bottom diagonally, with a sharp pair of scissors
• Place the flowers in a cool place, away from direct sunlight or heat
• Change the water every day or every other day
• Recut the stems every other day
